We do not undertake asbestos removal, and are not affiliated with asbestos removal contractors, thereby eliminating any conflict of interests when assessing whether asbestos materials can be managed in situ or require complete removal.

The presence of asbestos alone does not necessarily mean removal needs to be undertaken; more often than not asbestos containing materials can be monitored and managed in situ or remedial action taken to reduce any risks to a reasonable level.

Shaun carried out a comprehensive survey, having to adjust his schedule in response to issues hitherto undiscovered. Although the survey grew in size and complexity, Shaun kept me informed throughout and gave professional advise as to the steps to take in the short, medium and long term. He brought in analysists and made introduction to removal specialists. He brings it all to the job and charged a very fair price for his services
We plan to continue to use Shaun as we move into an asbestos management phase

Speedy and efficient and no sub agenda to find and remove asbestos - they don't do that survey was arranged, report written and sent in a timely manner. Lisa and Shaun easy to deal with. No hesitation in recommending to others

Shaun was excellent from beginning to end. Not only was he very efficient in completing the survey/re-inspections and getting the reports out to me, but also gave me lots of useful advice.
