Swift process and a super job done, we contacted them after getting some ridiculous prices from another company and the following week the work was completed quickly and efficiently would definitely recommend. So friendly and helpful the whole way through.

Costly let down

We tried to use this company to remove an asbestos cement pipe. After agreeing a price and planning the work, they let us down on 3 separate occasions. They messed both us and our plumber (who was present to disconnect and reinstall a new pipe) around.

The first occasion we got a text on the morning reporting COVID symptoms. The second occasion the weather was an issue. Both frustrating but understandable. On the third occasion we confirmed during the week and then on the day they did not show, we tried to contact them but they did not answer their phones. They still haven’t responded to our messages with even an apology. They have cost us time and money and no work has been done. Completely unprofessional.
