Some care homes, sometimes appear to have a rift with care agencies but they continue to work for each other. As there are care homes who have a blanket ban for the use of agency staff due to historical bad experience, many others depend on the strength of agency workforce to bring smiles to faces of their residents.

ASANTECARE was formed to work with you, NOT for you. We do so by understanding your care home in terms of who the management are, how you work, who are your current residents and contents of their profile and care plan, profile of agency staff you normally require and many more.

We call this process CARE ANALYTICS. Our care relations manager who is in charge of this process will analyse all information established from your care home to build a profile for your care home. We will then be able to inform and train our staff to become a good team player whenever they appear in your care home.

Our staff have a well updated computerised profile. This will show compliance and illegibility to work, training and development, previous experience in care or no experience, basic stuff such as name, phone numbers, current photograph etc. Profile will be email to you before staff arrives.

Our staff are equipped with an app on their smart phones for communication, details about shifts, electronic time sheet to be signed by authorised manager at close of shift with space for comments if needed. A copy of signed time sheet will be emailed to you.

We specialise on Dementia Care from inception to advanced stage, Learning disability care and all support work, residential care, ONE-ONE care for challenging behaviour.
