We contacted Dave to ask advice about having gates and fencing at the front of our property. Straight away we were impressed by him and asked him to proceed with the work. Couldn’t recommend dave high enough. Gates look superb. Very approachable, always on time and finished the job when he said he would.

came across Dave by chance online when searching for some cast iron balusters for my internal staircase...I had already been looking for some suitable balusters now for 2 months..online,ebay and other spindle suppliers but with being abit green and naive in the field of metal work i never had the knowledge or confidence to order them ....after meeting up with Dave at his workshop I instantly liked him a top top genuine bloke and even tho he didn’t stock what I wanted ,he took the time to find me the correct balusters and orderd them for me and even modified them on arrival so they fitted back home without me cutting any off......highly recommend Dave if you’re like me and you prefer your genuine one man band type of business ....top quality workmanship,customer care and fair prices

We wanted wrought iron stair spindles for the stairs and landing. All of the big companies charged extortionate prices but Artistic Engineering provided beautiful spindles at a very reasonable cost. They're sturdy and well made to our specifications. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.
