Jordan and Artisan Electrics have done a brilliant job to a very high standard with absolutely no inconvenience. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work, he thoroughly cleaned the extractor fan air vent with a hoover to ensure all foreign debris including an old bird's nest was removed before installing the new fan. He cleared/cleaned on completion. Jordan arrived on time, was easy to deal with, his communication was clear and honest throughout and he did exactly what he said he would do. I could not be more pleased. 100% job satisfaction.

Previous electrician said there must be a broken wire somewhere so would have to take down the ceiling. Artisan applied expertise, intelligence and experience and solved the problem without touching the ceiling or the floorboards above. Very impressed. Will certainly call Artisan next time.
