I bought at Artielli 3 times. I'd been very happy with the jewels and gems quality.
the owner is very professional and friendly, always available welcoming any request or answers I had.
I absolutely recommend it.

I paid to have two pendants attached together (with silver) for a necklace, but it was very poor workmanship. It wasn't done properly, so one of the pendants kept facing the wrong way. I regret paying for it. Then, after 3-4 months it completely fell apart. The guy in the shop was also very unfriendly and cold. And lastly, they don't even have a particularly good collection of jewellery either. VERY TERRIBLE service on the whole. When I shared this feedback on Google Reviews, the owner accused me of writing a fake review. Accusing your customers of writing fake reviews is absolutely pathetic and you should be ashamed.

Absolutely excellent service every single time. I’ve been using this jewellers for repairs for years. Recently we needed my son’s new signet ring resized quickly as he was moving abroad the following day. Artielli were fantastic- the ring was resized and we were able to pick it up about three hours later - this was also on a Saturday which was exceptional service. Repairs are a fair price and well done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
