Very poor quality care, mis diagnosed our dog's illness. Had to insist in a referral to Anderson Abercrombie in Warnham. Never seen the same vet twice in 6 years of being registered with them. Very expensive and ineffective treatment. Even the nurses have highly abrupt attitude. Avoid this place!

I've been going to them since getting my two kittens - the staff have always been friendly and the prices reasonable. Recently one of my cats swallowed something he wasn't meant to, and it blocked his intestines - he could've died. The vets worked tirelessly to find out what was wrong with him and took him to surgery that same day. You could tell they genuinely cared, and they put up with my tears. I am so so grateful for them. Highly recommended

The female vet did not even acknowledge my poorly pet and then delivered outlandish rip off prices.
Shameful. Avoid.
