Placed a very large order. Sales person was very attentive and helpful. Showroom choice is good. However I advise to stay well away. The dining furniture arrived damaged and living room furniture still wasn’t delivered after 16 months. Very poor communication and customer services are non existent but cheeky! They sent a man with filler and crayons to repair the table, sideboard and chairs. Offered £100 discount for damage and they just couldn’t understand it when I said that was not acceptable to charge top prices for faulty furniture. Eventually sent it back and cancelled living room furniture.
My advice is to stay well away. I later saw the same dining furniture in Trago Mills for almost half price! Beware. Once they got your money they don’t want to know you.

Ordered a bed frame 13 weeks ago and were told lead times were 9 weeks. Had no communication from Store about delivery and when we have called they have just said it’s with the carrier! Bad customer service and even worse communication but happy to take your money!

This store is by far the best furniture store in Swansea. Excellent quality and the very best customer service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

We have been loyal customers of Arthur Jenkins for many year. We have also spent a lot of money on furniture there. We purchased a oak table from them in Jan 2018 .we discover last week that we have woodworm in it. We are unable to speak to management as they are far to busy. We won’t be buying anything here again.
