Yesterday I had a fantastic hypnotherapy session with Rachel at Artemiz Hypnotherapy. I arrived after a very long and quite stressful day of strategic meetings, but within minutes of my arrival I was totally relaxed, calm and positive.
The session was my first one and it really worked. Credit to Rachel who is a skilled Norfolk-based hypnotherapist with years of expertise; she took me from stressed/anxious to chilled out in no time.
