Terrible service

I had gotten my nails done and it was so rushed and after a few hours after getting them done the nail had already broke. so the day after I went to get them fixed with an appointment at 5 and didn’t get seen until 6, which they made me stand while they replaced the nail which still looked wonky since they rushed it and still broke after a week.

Infection from poor hygiene practices

This company has alot to answer for for cleanliness... Had mani pedi in November 2023. I noticed after they drew blood cutting my cuiticles that the same equipment was being used on all customers.. because of this I've ended up with horrendous fungal nail infections in my big toe nails! Worst part being is that i had the treatment done as a special treat for my wedding. Certainly was less than ideal not being able to walk in my shoes because i had blisters develop all around my big toe nails the day after the treatment. My toe nails have now fallen off thanks to the infection. I would not go back. Nor would i recommend.

Hello Abia. Thank you for your feedback, would you able to let me know when did you come in so we can check on our system and look into this further. We always put customer first and hope everyone leaves happy, we would be very happy to look into this if you let us know at the time when it happened rather than over 3 months later. We always washed and put all our manicure tools into sterilising jar for next client use. There are many ways a nails can develop fungal, poor circulation, athletic foot, psoriasis.. not just by a cut from when having a manicure or pedicure , which we aim not to happened but just Incase if there is an accident that sometimes unavoidable . We always antiseptic wipe all nail bed hands/ toes with alcohol before our polish procedure to clean the nail bed, and also helps to keep the varnish last longer. It’s a routine we would do for all nails service, so an infection from the tools use would be very rare from our strict routine

Don’t go there, find somewhere else

Been there a couple of times and it’s horrible customer service everytime. The wait times are ridiculous even with appointments, you’d end up spending and wasting your day coz the technician don’t keep to appointments and wastes your time. Incompetent members of staff and it is even rushed. Never going back

We see you straight away when you arrived 30 minutes after you called said you are in town. You seem happy while you soak your acrylic and I removed them, cut and shape them and moisturise the cuticle for you. When you went to pay £10, you said you was not coming back, that our service was 10 times than horrible after I went above and beyond to look after you. You deliberately tried to hurt our feeling at the end of a hard day of work, which I find is very unkind. If you choose not to support us, that is your choice. I feel every time you come in to get your nails done you always talk down on our staff and make them feel worthless, we always tried to keep peace but today was very unkind of you

Will not come back

I went to get a pedicure done. They rushed my pedicure. They had me wait also so they could take a walk-in. I had an appt booked. I was waiting to get my toes painted for over 10 minutes due to this.

Decent Nails But Long Wait

I have gone twice now for a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure turned out great. The pedicure was a simple French and it was just average at best. Lines very uneven. The most upsetting part is the wait times. At least 20 minutes even with setting an appointment. They need to set a limit because it honestly ruins the experience. Will not be going back.
