Terrible Terrible company who do not care for customers, and want to do the bare minimum. We have lived in fear of our own malfunctioning alarms for years, and when they fail, which is often, alarms blare, emergency services respond, we get reprimanded for wasting their time, and threatened with fines, each time we call the out of hours service which is always some sleepy dude who couldn't care less who will never call out, never calls you back, and can never with it over the phone. We have spent approximately 10 nights over the last few years, with no sleep, with constant alarms and malarkey. I have now developed anxiety over the sound of the alarm, and can't sleep for days after these events happen. The kids wake up and can't stand the noise, and i the cold winter months, there is nowhere to go to get away from the noise, and they just couldn't not care less. Please, please do not even consider using this company
