I hired vans from this outfit over the last six years as and when required. Convenient, as they are close.

However, my latest - and final experience involved being given a van which flagged-up servicing warnings (told to ignore them) and a defective windscreen which cracked of its own accord from the edge whilst driving. No stone or other impact.

I have been charged for a replacement screen (my insurance will cover), which I would accept had I actually damaged it, but there was no impact: the crack propagating about 3in. from the driver's side.

As they say, anyone is only as good as their last job. I will never hire anything from Arrow Self Drive ever again.
