Rude customer service - lost massive business from us

1
We went into this shop twice to look around as we had completely refurbed our whole house and had lots of lights and fittings to buy. We wanted to ask lots of questions and understand how things work but they were really really rude and unhelpful and completely uninterested to help us. When we were asking to buy some stair lights straight away, the lady said they had no stock and told us about another shop down the road in Hendon where we ended up spending £15000 for our whole house. Arrow lost our business due to being rude and unhelpful. You need to learn about customer service!!

Abysmal, aggressive, confrontational service

1
I cannot comment on the product but the service has been abysmal!

They tried to deliver while I had to be work, fair enough, frustrating for them. But there was no note/details, then when I spoke to the administrator 'Harry' he was incredibly confrontational. It's a failed delivery, this has happened before in the history of the human race, lats solve it. I offered to collect it from their depot, but received unclear timing instructions and I still don't know the address.

In the end I've offered them 3 options for getting the product to me, including me picking it up, and I'm still left to feel I'm in the wrong as a pesky customer who annoyingly wants to buy and receive products.

Let's hope it's a great light fitting!!

Goods delivered didn't match what was shown in store - refused to make good

3
Good range and happy to order good in but not willing to comply with obligations under Consumer Rights Act if things go wrong. I purchased 4 pendant lights based on seeing 2 samples in store. One of the pendants was missing parts when delivered. Arrow argues that too long had elapsed since delivery for them to be held accountable (they say max 3 days!). The Consumer Rights Act gives 6 months for claims relating to goods not matching samples shown. I had to pay for the missing parts.
Arrow has declined to participate in Consumer Ombudsman resolution.
