Reviews
Amazing service extremely happy!
5Arrow electrical- stay away
1Rude customer service - lost massive business from us
1Abysmal, aggressive, confrontational service
1They tried to deliver while I had to be work, fair enough, frustrating for them. But there was no note/details, then when I spoke to the administrator 'Harry' he was incredibly confrontational. It's a failed delivery, this has happened before in the history of the human race, lats solve it. I offered to collect it from their depot, but received unclear timing instructions and I still don't know the address.
In the end I've offered them 3 options for getting the product to me, including me picking it up, and I'm still left to feel I'm in the wrong as a pesky customer who annoyingly wants to buy and receive products.
Let's hope it's a great light fitting!!
Goods delivered didn't match what was shown in store - refused to make good
3Arrow has declined to participate in Consumer Ombudsman resolution.
