Arrow Cars Nottingham

Used Arrow plenty of times before however, at the weekend booked and paid for a taxi on line to take me to ilkeston train station, they waiting 8 hours to ring me to tell me they no longer "serve that area", however have taken the payment for the fair and now ignoring all emails from me regarding a refund. So not only did I miss my train, I paid for a taxi I didn't get in as well. Funny how they serve my area when it's a longer more expensive journey!!!!!!

Pre-Booked & Paid for a Taxi (return) to a work event in Hucknall from Nottingham (Centre) a day and half in advance.

I was let down by Arrow Cars and was over an hour late as I was waiting for more than half an hour to get picked up and kept getting re-assigned drivers. Eventually I called up and the operator explained the drivers were cancelling as they didn’t want to go that way and they would see what they could do (30min after they should have already picked me up).

I then asked how can I rely on them to pick me up in the evening? their response was the following: “To be honest mate, you cant sorry”. I then cancelled my ride and booked a competitor who picked me up within 10mins notice and on my return trip was waiting for me on the dot. (price was £2 cheaper than their discounted price with coupon)

Do not make the same mistake I did and book these clowns if you can’t afford to be late or not arrive.

I booked a taxi on the 11/11/2019 to be picked up in Eastwood at 7.10 a. m. Wednesday 13th. At 7.15 a. m. I rang Arrow cars to be told there are no cars in the Eastwood area. Neither apology or explanation. Just a shame there isn't an option for a zero rating. Level of service non existent.

This taxi company is shocking, booked a taxi the night before for a specific time to take my boyfriend to the doctors as he had an appointment and didn’t show up until an hour later when we were already there. Tried ringing the office twice and they kept saying it was on their way, don’t think it’d take an hour to pick us up also when booked for a specific time. Called ideal cars they were with us within minutes. A status on facebook has been posted with many peoples issues with arrow cars it’s awful how they treat their customers from not even dropping them off on their street to doubling the price half way through the journey.

Booked a taxi with 12 hours warning to pick us up at the tram stop in Hucknall at 10.45 PM. When it failed to arrive was told it was in Mansfield and would be 20 -30 minutes away. Operator not bothered and seemed to think this was OK. First time we have used Arrow and now realise that it was a bad mistake and never use them again..
