After I'd posted my books to Sam for binding, they got sent to the wrong address! Sam went out of his way to track the books down and having recovered them, he did an absolutely superb job of binding them. I thoroughly recommend Sam's service.

I dealt with Sam at Arrow Bookbinding & he was friendly whilst explaining the services offered. I sent my book down as the book had separated from the spine. The book was completed in a timescale that suited & sent back well packed. When it arrived back it was as good as new so has many more years ahead to be read again!
