Not informed that premises were at different location
Not informed that no tester on site so vehicle needed moving to alternative premises
Owner saw vehicle being driven in pouring rain to heybridge for testing
No phone calls or updates on progress
Had to ring constantly
Eventually picked vehicle up at 16:40 ( close at 16:45)
In a disgusting state .. dried rain all over
Seatbelts all twisted and muddy scrapes inside the door
NEVER AGAIN
No respect for anyone’s pride and joy

After sales service c**p. They cover up faults just to get you through the 3months warranty then you are on your own with very costly repairs.

We called Arrows in an emergency on a Saturday morning to get my car collected and fixed the man was very friendly on the phone and said he would help us out, no problem. We explained we were dealing with a time limit of Wednesday in that I work for the NHS and had home visits to complete from then onwards, the man said that too wasn't a problem, he would sort it for us. We didn't hear anything, by noon on Tuesday I was panicking and we called them - they hadn't even looked at the car. I asked for a new estimated completion date, was told the end of the week. The end of the week came and went, with no contact. We called the following Tuesday, only to be told the same thing, they hadn't looked at it yet. I arranged for a different garage to pick up the car in the end. They charged me £48 for picking up my car 0.4 miles from the garage, I'm happy to pay for pick up, but that's a big sum for such a small distance, to then do nothing with the car for the 11 days they were open!

Looking forward to picking up my new truck next week. Very helpful staff. Found the perfect truck for me and in my price range too.

Fixed my car after it failed it mot. Really good would recommend
