Excellent customer service, very helpful and great choice of lights so happy with my purchase will being using again and would highly recommended.

Although we live in Cardiff, our first port of call on any purchase or enquiry regarding lighting is Arnolds who are not located in Cardiff - there shop is in Newport. Our reason is that they always give excellent advice, service, value and attention to detail. They are very knowledgeable on their subject. As an example, we had a problem with bulbs blowing frequently in the kitchen. We followed their recommendations and the problem was solved. We have used them for many years and we would thoroughly recommend them.
