Sold me a car but bodged the finance by failing to copy my ID properly. They then failed to contact me until the finance decision had expired where they illegally re ran the credit check again (as admired by the branch manager) which then declined. Harry Fairbairn (Arnold clark in disguise) then blamed this on me and refused to resolve the situation or even admit fault with it. They sent their heavy mob round to ru take my car away from me, they sent letters from a so called solicitor denying any wrong doing and trying to charge me for mileage done in the car. They then clamped a car I purchased from somewhere else and refused to unclamp it. I was accused of fraud and belittled by some bald guy who claimed he was from a finance company (no outstanding finance as they bodged it remember so yet more lies from them)
Basically a shower of lies from them. Can it be trusted, dodgy dealings and head in the sand approach to customer service.
