I called Arnold Clark about Van Rentals as unexpectedly my van broke down. I explained my situation and was told the Dumbarton branch would have Class 2 vehicles available.

I popped in to rent a van to keep my business running however the lady who was taking rental agreements completely and utterly destroyed any want for me to do business with Arnold Clark again.

Upon approaching the table she couldn't even be bothered to lift her eyes off her computer screen. After telling me I was wrong about what had been discussed, I lost it. The way she spoke to me was like dirt and as if I was telling her a lie.

I left very abruptly and will not be back. No interest in ever doing business with a company who can't get customer service right.
