Leaky roof and Poor aftercare

Have been having real issues with this company.
Ryan did flat roof terrace few years ago, and now a few leaks have been developing into ceiling below…..which resulted in part of the ceiling caving in.
Whilst Ryan did send a plasterer round to fix the ceiling, the leaks have continued, and getting him to come back and comprehensively fix the issue has been a real problem….not to say more than a bit stressful for us.
Perhaps the most frustrating thing has been when Ryan has given us a date and time to come round and see us, and then on the day he does not show up, and we then cannot contact him or get any kind of reason as to why he has not showed up, for love nor money.
Talking of which he was certainly not so scatty, when it came to him coming round to collect the cheque for when the job was originally done!

Great job, excellent service

Flue job

Come and weathered in some boiler flues first is few pitched and a flat roof. Arrived on time so we come continue with our work so all run smoothly. Neat and tidy work and very polite to our customer.
