Useless company, would NEVER recommend to anyone, except to avoid. All is fine at first, once they have your money they obviously couldn’t care less. Customer service is non existent, that’s actually when somebody can bother to answer the telephone. Have rang them countless times now to please remove the skip on our driveway, as it’s been there for weeks, all to no avail. Empty promises of “ Someone will pick it up tomorrow “ & as usual nobody does. Rang them again yesterday, was promised collection today & unbelievably a truck pulled up. The driver sat there for a while, then drove off. A few minutes later he came back again, sat there & once again drove off. What was all that about ? You couldn’t make this up. A totally inept & utterly hopeless pointless company that I will never ever use again.
