Armstrong Boarding Kennels

My dogs stayed here for a night while I was on business in Aberdeen. I was given the opportunity to see the kennel my dogs would be in and the exercise yard. When I dropped the dogs off Douglas let me know that he understood my requirements, when I collected the dogs he let me know how they had been. As it was good weather & the kennels were fairly quiet my dogs had quite a feed runs in the exercise yard which was nice for them,I was in Aberdeen on business & my dogs stayed here for one night. Douglas let me see the kennel my dogs would be in, the kennels were clean.
Douglas communicated well, letting me know he understood my requirements and when I collected my dogs letting me know how my dogs had been. It was good weather & the dogs had had quite a few runs in the exercise yard, which was nice for them.

My dog came back with all scares on his mouth as if he'd been in a fight and was badly bitten.... Was not happy once home... Will not be using them again

Never again! My poor dog came home after a week at this kennel with an ulcerated eye, filthy matted coat, and the bed I had left there for her was soaking wet. I can't believe the council licences such squalor.

Had booked our dog in to Armstrong kennels as our ususal place was fully book. My heart sank when I saw a very old, tired and not well kept kennel. No attempt from owner to interact with dogs nor with mine when we arrived. That said it all. I did not leave the dog there. Would not recommend this place at all . It was like something from a poor third world country

My dog came back home with bad behavoiur, jumping and trying to bite which he never does. He didnt seem happy. The Kennels dont walk them at all and they dont really get much human attention all day. Kennels very old not very well maintained. Wont be putting my dog in there again.
