Audi A3 flat battery, deadlocked, key reprogrammed, faulty door mechanism

Im a bit delayed with this review but Rob was an absolute gem. Back in May I was locked out my car due to my battery going flat causing the car to go into deadlock then it was found to have an issue with the mechanism on the door so the headache continued. Rob traveled from Wigan to Runcorn arriving at 16:30 and could of easily left at any point but after 3 hours was able to gain entry to my car, he then jump started my car and reprogrammed my key to the car again he could of left as he’d effectively done the job at hand but even at 19:30 he proceeded for another 2.5 hours trying to repair my locking mechanism on the door which he ultimately was able to do an and completed the work at 10pm.
Rob is an absolute gent and a brilliant professional, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you receive 100% satisfaction.

I can not recommend Rob enough! My son lives away from home and had his car keys stolen during an overnight burglary. Rob was super friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted him and attended at short notice with a new key (& reprogrammed the spare) so that the burglars could not return at a later date to steal the car. Very reasonably priced and great comms. He even texted me to let me know when it was all done.

Citroen keyless entry repair

A great big thanks to ROB, came out at 7.30pm on a freezing cold night. Took my key fob apart, replaced the battery contacts that had dropped into the body, put it all back together like new. It’s a Citroen keyless entry fob, so for a main dealer to replace wasn’t cheap, £200 minimum, before re programming.
Do not hesitate to give him a call if you find yourself in a similar situation, these keyfobs can be repaired, and he doesn’t charge a fortune.
Saved me a packet, and everything’s original.

First class service from Rob, very efficient, quick,and very knowledgeable. Being self employed my van is very important to me and I can't afford to take days off for the van to go in for these type of repair/ problems. Rob Sorted me out with two new reprogrammed keys and refurbished the ignition barrel all for a very good price. Which saved a small fortune from going to the main dealer. All done without me having to take time off from my job. Thanks again
