I joined the Queen Alexandras Royal Army Nursing Corps at 17 years of age in 1988

I served for 22 years as a Healthcare Assistant and left in 2010.

I decided to re-train and become a fully qualified Reflexologist.

Armed with Calm opened for business in 2018

Initially offering mobile treatments I now have a relaxing , dedicated Garden Therapy room.

I love greeting clients new and old to my therapy room and have a genuine intention to improve the wellbeing and vitality of my clients.

My aim is for you to leave Armed with Calm feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated.

I have been going to Michelle for several facial and reflexology treatments and cannot recommend her enough. I did not plan on having reflexology often but I now do it regularly as Michelle creates such a warm and blissful experience that I feel 100 per cent rejuvenated after her treatments , it’s like having a MOT on your body and I have noticed a huge improvement in my face shape and whole well being. She is always very welcoming , comfortable to be around and a lovely person. I genuinely look forward to all my treatments. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michelle from armed with calm was very professional and friendly person who put me completely at ease, thelevel of cleanliness and professionalism is five-star . Beautiful surroundings I had a facial reflexology and foot reflexology it was five star . Beautiful flowing techniques on my face , I feel an improvement in my face in just one go ,she was so calming with her techniques I fell asleep .

A lovely relaxing experience from the beginning to end. Michelle makes you feel relaxed and really listens to what you would like to get out of the treatment. I have had both the foot and the facial reflexology and would recommend both. I will definitely be rebooking very soon.
