Armadillo provide hassle free office rental. Stay in our offices from as little as 4 weeks or for as long as you need. There are no long term leases to sign as we only need 4 weeks notice.

Your office rental space includes utilities like water and rates plus our own security, so there is only one all-inclusive price to pay.

Free parking is available on-site at all stores except Kennington and all of our flexi office locations are easy to find and situated on main roads.

Our offices come with toilets, shared kitchen facilities, which are cleaned regularly.

Secure instant offices

Our flexible offices are based at our Armadillo stores and therefore benefit from the same security. All of our buildings are clean, modern and purpose built and security is our number one priority. Every flexi office is individually alarmed for peace of mind. Every customer has their own PIN code linked to your flexi office room alarm. We also have staff on site seven days a week, 24 hour digital CCTV, perimeter fencing and electronic coded gates.

All of our buildings are equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarms.

Additional storage

Should you need additional business storage alongside your office to rent, you have the convenience of knowing you are based at Armadillo, with many different sized storage rooms on your doorstep. Storing at Armadillo is like having an extra pair of hands. We are happy to accept deliveries on your behalf, store them securely and will let you know when they have arrived, so you don't need to be interrupted if you're busy.

We have free use of trolleys and pallet trucks and can also provide a forklift service.
