Absolutely delighted with our new Kitchen through Armada

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen through Armada. We'd been let down at the last minute by Howdens and our builder (Colin Merren Carpentry and Building) and Jon and James at Armada saved the day for us. They supplied a builder to move a doorway for us and handle the electrics and gas (Gareth), and their fitter (Carlos) was excellent - not only in fitting the units but also wall and floor tiling and oak skirting boards. A thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful service, Jon and James were always on hand to give advice suggestions and updates. I've steered away from small local firms in the past in favour of the larger suppliers mainly on perceived cost savings. Although a national firm may have been slightly cheaper, in terms of the help, support and service I would not hesitate in using Armada again should the need arise.

Go small and local for excellent service.

We can recommend this small , local, kitchen company. Run by Jon and James, they were the only company we visited who listened to our needs and requirements. In the interests of the environment, we wished to incorporate some of our existing kitchen features which did not need to be replaced. The units are of good quality and look attractive. We started having the kitchen replaced the week before lockdown which, through no-one's fault resulted in the project being delayed. It is now complete and looks great! The kitchen fitters, plasterer and electrician were all accomplished workers with excellent interpersonal skills too. Jon was in frequent contact throughout keeping us updated as to progress. Extremely responsive service.

Great Service

We gave Armada a challenge! We did not want a completely new kitchen-we wanted an upgrade! This meant that we wanted to keep the layout, the granite worktops and the Travertine stone floor. Unlike other firms we had approached, both Jon and James were totally sympathetic to our request and in spite of it, managed to transport the kitchen into the 21st century by reconfiguring the units; adding a new granite sink unit to replace the old stainless steel; guiding us through the options on new Neff appliances and producing the "funky" radiator I really wanted! They were proactive but not interfering with our choices and were endlessly patient whilst we made our final decisions.
We also owe thanks to Alan, who fitted all the units with great precision; to Jamie who embraced our enthusiasm for lighting and to Tom, who took over the decorating.

Brilliant Service

I was recommended to Armada by a friend who had their kitchen and bathroom installed by this company. Although my kitchen was only small and I had a limited budget, they put together a really different and well priced package for me. There were a couple of unforseen small issues with my walls along the way but everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen.

A Great Experience

We are more than happy with the kitchen made so personally for us by Armada Kitchens. They made great suggestions that we were more than happy to take on board. Without exception each suggestion has improved our original plans. . The timing for each stage was religiously followed.
The final kitchen was a great improvement to our house and we are complimented by friends and visitors.
Small niggles after the finish were instantly dealt with, and they were very few.
It was a great experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending others in inviting Armada into their homes.
