Recently had Arlo building services at my property again to carry out some work repointing my full property as had them for my roof not long ago the lads done amazing job once again couldn’t recommend enough they repointed my property and replaced silicone around the window frames once all the messy work was over with they tidy up after themselves and cleaned all brickwork with brick acid to make it stand out

Done work for me on my chimney over the moon couldn’t recommend enough absolutely brilliant tidied up after them selfs very professional from start to finish talked nicely with me and my partner explained the job before started and done even more 100% recommend

Disappointing Experience

I paid a £1,500 deposit to Miro on September 15th for a job that was scheduled to start in early October but works never started. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, Miro stopped responding to my communications and has not refunded the deposit.

I am now pursuing legal action and have reported the matter to Trading Standards. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Great service from Arlo’s. They had a few issues sourcing the parts, but kept us updated throughout. Turned up when they said, and completed the work to a high standard. Would recommend to others.
