I called first thing in the morning because my dog was in a lot of pain. They told me they couldn't see her until 5pm despite hearing her crying in the background. I called another vet and they told me my vet had a duty of care to see an animal in pain. I called back and reminded them of this and they agreed to see me. When I got there I was the only customer and they were passive aggressive. This was after more than 10 years as a customer, in an emergency. Expect to be upsold on all treatments and talked down to.

I used Ark vets in pinhoe for the first time today, they were very kind, understanding and professional from the start. They did everything they could to help me and see me today and to help me with a very sad situation. Thank you

Great cat advice

We were having problems getting our young cat to use the litter tray but David gave some simple suggestions and the reasons as to why it could be happening. Within a few days of trying these out, we have a much cleaner cat. Thanks for the expert advice!
