Have always found the Vets, nurses & reception staff at Ark to be super helpful & very professional. Both of our dogs are fussed over and given lots of attention when they go in. Everyone is always very friendly & accommodating. The care both have received has always been first class. Having had a poor experience at the larger vets on the other side of town, I can whole heartedly say I'm so pleased Ark was recommended to us.

Low on compassion, big on profits

Despite the vet nurse observing lameness in our much loved furry kid and us contacting the Vet practice to inform we would be unable to continue with the dog obedience classes, the vet nurse did not return are call nor did we receive a response to our request to be moved onto the next set of classes to complete the course once our dog had recovered from the surgery to improve her lameness. Low on compassion and poor customer service. Reflects badly on the vet practice.
