We were booked in to get a new fence installed along the back of the garden and throughout the process, Louise kept us updated and always replied quickly. During the initial visit, Richard arrived on time and talked us through our options. Everything was set out in a follow-up email and we booked a date. We were even offered an earlier date at one stage due to a cancellation which unfortunately we were unavailable to take. Richard and his colleague arrived on time and worked promptly despite the unpleasant weather, cleared up everything after themselves and consulted us throughout to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.

The end result is even better than we'd hoped for given the difficult terrain to work with, and well worth the cost. It both is secure and looks fantastic, the team were very easy to communicate with and were professional throughout. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in future should we need further work in the garden!

Thanks to the team at Ark Fencing for a brilliant job on my decking. Communication with Louise was fantastic from start to finish. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. Richard turned up on time to quote and to start the job. He and his colleague Darren were professional and courteous and they were respectful of our property. They did a great job. We are really pleased with the quality of workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I cannot rate them highly enough. Polite and so helpful explaining the drawbacks to what I initially wanted. Worked like Trojan’s to cut the extremely overgrown hedge exactly as we then agreed and were ruthlessly efficient in clean up. A wonderful service.

Richard and his Co - worker did an excellent job. They were prompt and efficient. They removed the old fence and erected a new one in two days. They disposed of all the waste and left the area clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.

Do not use this company! Lazy and very poor workmanship and they will leave you poor with the amount they charge!
