We so happy with our fence from ARK. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Richard visited and gave a quote. Louise had the appointment organised a few days later.
Installation was done over a few days. They did an excellent job and left the garden spotless after the work was completed.

We are extremely happy with our newly installed fencing to the rear and front of the property which also included a front gate, the installation was done as per the schedule the given, Richard and Darren were very professional and had a friendly manner, with care taken to our property and our neighbour's garden.

Professional and friendly from first contact, Richard and Louise were able to arrange a prompt assessment of the work, give advice and provide a quotation. The work was completed within a few weeks (even through adverse weather conditions), and we were kept informed by text and emails thoughout. We are very happy and will definitely call them again for future work.

We were booked in to get a new fence installed along the back of the garden and throughout the process, Louise kept us updated and always replied quickly. During the initial visit, Richard arrived on time and talked us through our options. Everything was set out in a follow-up email and we booked a date. We were even offered an earlier date at one stage due to a cancellation which unfortunately we were unavailable to take. Richard and his colleague arrived on time and worked promptly despite the unpleasant weather, cleared up everything after themselves and consulted us throughout to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.

The end result is even better than we'd hoped for given the difficult terrain to work with, and well worth the cost. It both is secure and looks fantastic, the team were very easy to communicate with and were professional throughout. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in future should we need further work in the garden!

Thanks to the team at Ark Fencing for a brilliant job on my decking. Communication with Louise was fantastic from start to finish. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. Richard turned up on time to quote and to start the job. He and his colleague Darren were professional and courteous and they were respectful of our property. They did a great job.
