ARK Computer Repair

I had a problem with an old PC, the motherboard had blown. Contacted Ark (I'd used them before) as a trusted repairer and they diagnosed the problem. I asked them to upgrade in preparation for Windows 11, which they did, and then installed W11 making sure all the hard drives worked correctly. Although the PC repair was double what I originally wanted/expected to pay, the returned machine worked faultlessly. Having looked at new/refurbed machines they would have cost far more than I paid for the same spec with this repair/upgrade. I will continue to recommend their services, and have in fact already done so!
Add to their excellent service, their new location in Fareham makes dropping off any equipment an absolute breeze. Well done Ark.

I found Ark Computer Repair very easy to deal with and kept me informed all the way. They removed my old laptop and found me a new one that I like. Warren their rep was very courteous, helpful and most of all patient with me as I am not a techie at all. I know I can contact Warren if I have any queries.
The downloading from my old laptop to the new one took under 24 hrs and I was very impressed how quickly they brought my new laptop and set it up in my home. All in all I am very satisfied with this company.
