My son's baptism golden 18 carat cross got swapped for plastic looking like cross when I left the jewellery there for one week. Jesus on the cross was slightly detached and needed to be re-attached but to our big surprise when collecting the item, it did not feel the same, it was much lighter and it felt like a plastic toy cross instead. We went to have the item checked at Ernest Jones next door and it was confirmed to us that the cross is definitely not gold. Went back to Aris Jewellers and claimed that this is not my item but they would not admit they stole it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had my wedding ring re-sized, it was a difficult job as it was a piece made for me by Aris Jewellers some years ago. They did a fantastic job, quickly and very well priced. I've been using them for almost 30 years and have always recommended them to friends and family. Would trust them with any piece of jewellry. Well done!!
