It is the best that I have ever seen in my life the recent quality service has improved the quality of my home in various rooms it creates the premium quality feeling all around the house.

Bought a pair of sofa's from here 2 years ago and I'm still waiting for one the same quality as one displayed in showroom that I picked. Have had 4 replacements in this time all of very poor quality, (Chinese made sofas sold at premium prices) have had to wait 4 to 5 months to get these replaced each time.
I payed extra to upgrade to "The Cooper" sofa on the 3rd attempt. The customer service aftersales is a total disgrace as mentioned in other reviews they don't always return phone calls or emails. They promised me that the replacement sofas had been quality inspected prior to delivery. They arrived with scuffs, the stiching on the leather was different sizes and the seams were at all at different angles. The 2.5 seater came in 2 parts and when fitted together wouldn't line up, was out by inches. The recliners had a guard falling off and we're catching the main frame. Current one now has a twisted frame. Have been offered my money back by Director John Bianki.
