Originally from the Midlands, I’ve worked for the last twelve years for the City and County of Swansea as a Pest Control Technician and am now back in Hednesford, Staffordshire, to be with my partner, closer to my now grown up children and start my own business. Prior to working in Swansea, I was a Supervisor for Rentokil Pest Control. I had previously spent seven years as a Technician, before promotion, where I was trained to an extremely high standard, achieving distinctions in all examinations.
Overall, I have gained more than 20 years’ experience in the pest control industry. I pride myself in being able to alleviate and understand customers fears and concerns, empathising with them during stressful situations and much of my feedback received over the years, reflects this.
I am fully insured and am extremely proud to be a CRRU/Basis Wildlife Aware Accredited Technician. This reassures customers that every effort is made to minimise unwanted impacts on both the environment and non- target species, during any pest control treatments undertaken.
