I cannot recommend Argyll Property Care enough for the work they did at my property. Grant came round to price the job immediately when I contacted him and later that day gave me a detailed quote for the work required. I found the quote to be useful and the price was reasonable and appropriate for the level of work I had done. Grant started the work on the day he said he would attending at 8am each day until it was completed. He was great at contacting me when there was any delay or if other trades could not attend until later in the day....this was good from my point of view. After the crew were finished each day, the house was left in a clean and tidy condition which kept inconvenience to a minimum. Grant also provided me with a 20 year guarantee for the work completed. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was so professional and knowledgeable and cared about the service he was providing.

We thought we had rising damp in two rooms in our property and asked Mr Grant Brown , Argyll Property Care Ltd., to carry out a survey on 2nd November, 2022. Fortunately the problem was one of condensation which on advice from Mr Brown can easily be remedied without incurring any remedial work. We found Mr Brown to be very helpful indeed and would highly recommend his services.

Grant recently completed extensive work on dry rot in my property and I would 100% recommend him. He provided a very detailed, clear and comprehensive report of the works to be completed, discussed options around how this could be prioritized and phased based on my budget. Grant is an excellent communicator - he immediately addresses any issues he finds and offers knowledgeable, pragmatic options to resolve always mindful of the situation of the client.
