Great service and excellent advice on what type of coating I required

I took my bike to this joke of a company to get a fresh powder coat, all i wanted was a simple matt black. the website claims they do bikes frames so i decided to give them a try. upon dropping my frame off i explained the importance of blocking up all holes on the frame and offered an old bb to protect the bb casing, the bloke at the "powder coaters" said this was not necessary as he would bung all holes. i picked my frame up a week later(wrapped in cling film) took it home and it wasn't matt black it was gloss black(not a big deal for me) but after a few days once my new bb, bearing and headset arrived if found the main problems, they were all clogged with a thick layer of powder coat. i had to take my frame to my LBS to get all the powder coat removed and the bb re boared(bloke at the shop said its the worst job hes ever seen). i rang the coaters only to be given abuse over the phone and told that its not their responsibility and that they wouldnt do anything.
