The gym floors are full of state of the art equipment that staff keep regularly cleaned, tidy and maintained.
Instructors are available at all times, ready to answer any training related questions you have.
STRENGTH LEVEL
This floor is kitted out with world-leading equipment including Rogue Monster Racks, 27 different lifting bars, Mag grips, weighted chains, competition benches, dumbbells (ranging from 1kg to a colossal 75kg), and much more!
CARDIO LEVEL
Work up a sweat using our specially-selected StairMasters, motorised or curved treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes, Watt bikes, Assault bikes, cross trainers, SkiErg and a wide range of other equipment and accessories including an indoor sled with 12m track.
Our indoor grass area is ideal for stretching and foam rolling and is stacked with essential accessories including kettlebells, Plyometric boxes, battle ropes, and a sled run!
OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND
Our unique outdoor extension to the gym allows you to train in the elements!
This area comes complete with atlas stones, tyre flip, yoke carry, 23m sled track, large multi-functional rig, and much more.
SMOOTHIE BAR
We boast a huge range of carefully selected supplements and diverse vegan options. From a Coffee or pre-workout shake to a post workout snack or fruit smoothie! Our choices also include energy drinks, BCAA drinks, protein shakes, protein bars and more.

Perfection
5Realistically this gym has top spec bars squat racks platforms you name it.
Coming with that is the outstanding quality it is all kept in. Regular maintenance is carried out to make sure everything is in working order.
Changing and shower facilities are very clean and a pleasure to use. In all honesty that goes for the whole gym very clean and well looked after.
Now having amazing equipment alone would realistically only make me give this place 3 stars. It's the staff that really make this place.

The knowledge that certain members of staff have is unparalleled. I often find myself turning to a staff member with a Q and them knowing the answer without fail
I came to arc the day it opened and signed up. I have never considered leaving. I doubt I ever will. I love this gym because of the people in it. It is my home. Thank you
