I contacted ARC to obtain a specific structural defect appraisal report on my home for my insurance company. I was pleased that Raj was able to do the inspection within a short timeframe, he was very thorough, highlighted the problem areas to me and explained the likely causes and potential solutions. I received the report the same evening with photos, conclusions and recommendations. I was very happy with the service received and would recommend this company.

Brilliant Service

We required an urgent structural survey completed on our property, we contacted Arc and Raj was able to come out on the same day for us. He carried out a thorough survey and explained his findings clearly, reassuring us that our property was structurally sound and putting our minds at rest quickly, a follow up report was emailed to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Raj was very helpful, explained in terms we understood of what the survey would in tail and cost.
Once survey done we got a full written report with photo's, he explained results and guided us to a company who could rectify the problem.
He was courteous, polite at all times.
