Arbour Dental Surgery

Very poor practise was turned away rudely at door saying I'd had wrong date and time for a much needed extraction when in fact it was totally correct date and time as receptionist had written it on a card yet people were in my slot!!!
Previous times waiting up to 2 hours while other dental emergency patients had been put in my appointment place. Answering the telephone is non existent most times I have rung. Very very poor service . I'm now looking for new dentist it's horrendous since its changed hands

Arbour Dental Practice completely fantastic. I can't praise them highly enough. They've got all the very latest equipments, incredibly knowledgeable dentist and they speak fun things too which sounds a bit strange but still i liked it but I walk in with my dental problem and come out all smiling
