Genuine customer care, outstanding cleaning

Araliya Professional Cleaning are 1st class, their standard of cleaning is outstanding.
I contacted them last Saturday morning (02/06/18) and left a rather desperate voicemail message for them to call me back.
Within half an hour Suraj called me and I explained that I had employed another local cleaning company to complete an end of tenancy clean at my 2 bedroom flat the previous day and they had done an appalling job and my landlady wanted the flat cleaned by the end of the day as a decorator was coming in the morning.
Suraj was literally my knight in shining armour and came round to my flat, met with me and my landlady.
Suraj was wonderful and could see what a desperate dilemma we were in and offermake a start cleaning on his own and then have 2 other members of staff join him later in the evening.
The following morning I met with Suraj at the flat and it was absolutely immaculate, everywhere literally sparkled
I cannot praise Suraj and his team enough.

I would highly recommend Suraj and his team who are very professional and trustworthy.

On contacting Suraj of Araliya he responded very quickly to my requirement of an end of tenancy clean. He worked tirelessly with his team to transform our 4 bed house. The carpet stains were removed and cleaned so that they looked new, the bathrooms sparkled with all limescale marks removed, the ovens looked like they had not been used. The house looked amazing and I would highly recommend their service. Suraj is a very genuine, hard working man who along with his wonderful team take a huge amount of pride in their work.
