Wonderfully effective and professional service

Very impressed with Alexandra's massage techniques, myself and my husband both suffer from everyday aches and pains and after one session we have so much more freedom of movement, with my neck and shoulders in particular. Alexandra is professional, friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We are hoping to book her in every month!

Excellent Massage Therapist

I’ve now had a few massages from Alex, mainly focusing on legs, hamstrings, ITBs, quads etc... Really excellent massage that have relieved aches and tension. Alex has first class technical skills and provides good advice on stretching and health. Very pleasant and engaging person.

Excellent.😊

I had a massage on my shoulders and neck as have suffered recently with shoulder tension causing pain. Found the whole experience to be very relaxing and after one session had improved the tension and tightness in my neck and shoulder muscles. Also gave advice on exercises for my neck to improve mobility. Overall found Alexandra gave a very professional service and would have no hesitation in recommending AR Sports Massage to my friends and family.
