Had my bathroom done at the end of August by Gloud and the boys and can't recommend them highly enough . From start to finish they tool the stress out of the job, always there when they said they would be and always left the place clean snd tidy before leaving at night. Even with a couple of last minute changes weren't a problem. 100% return customer, perfect job👏

We have used Aqua Bathrooms on 4 separate occasions. We have had 3 bathrooms fully fitted and also 1 fully fitted kitchen. This speaks volumes on the workmanship and loyalty to us as customers. During all the work that we have experienced from them over the years we’ve found them to be very meticulous. They also are very tidy and finish the work in the timescale we were given. We would highly recommend this company for any work that is required. 10/10.

Hassle start to finish, a 1 day job turned into multiple days. Didnt show up the first day to take tiles off. Let me down multiple days by not showing up, was late other times. No communication and messages left ignored or excuses about forgetting or running late with jobs. Would never give a time when he could come just expected you to wait in for him and then wouldn’t even turn up. Terrible finish on entire job - tiles not flush on wall, grout and sealant lumpy and poor finish, missing sealant on areas, waste trap didn’t work twice after fitting which resulted in needing repairs on different days, even tho a new one was fitted after this then the bath started to leak from the trap. Broken 2 tiles and bath panel during a repair and didn’t even tell me about this, said about a broken bath panel and having to come back but was obviously hoping I didn’t mention the tiles. Damage to skirting and paintwork after last job and doesn’t even clean up after himself. So unprofessional.

These workmen were on top of there game everything I asked they helped very reasonable prices, cracking all round! Will use again ! Thankyou for the extra mile guys
