Wow - Andrew came to help at such short notice - and we weren’t disappointed. He was kind, v helpful & generous with his time. He helped my elderly mother with the problem with the television - with clear explanation as he proceeded. Once sorted he explained how to use the remote control. Above and beyond o would say - and nothing too much trouble. We know who to call - thanks so much - and a v reasonable price!
