APT Commercial Chemicals

I have recently purchased some cleaning supplies from APT. Everything has been exceptional, from placing my order with lovely Cath on the phone. Then followed by speedy next day delivery, even during this difficult time with the current pandemic. Every product I’ve received have been FANTASTIC, especially the Steri Gel and Spray which feel great on the hands and aren’t drying at all! 100% would recommend Thank you APT!!!

Poor service

We have used this company for the last two consecutive years to clean (algaecide) the surface of our indoor tennis centre. We were very pleased with the detail and level of service in year one but this year was the polar opposite! The company themselves requested a three day window (quote reflected this) to complete the job but had claimed to have finished in one!! On challenging the on-site team it became clear that they had cut several corners and with some reluctance they agreed to return the next day. We found out that they are incentivised to finish jobs quickly by management!!!! We have since had several problems with slippery courts as a result and contacted them to give them the opportunity to put it right. They quoted another £1500 to return to complete a job that should have completed properly in the first place; shocking customer service. If you use them you need to check the quality of their work.

Absolutely fantastic!

It's a relief to find a service as professional and efficient as the one APT ICC provide. We told them the job we needed doing, they assessed the length of the clean and gave us a price, then got straight on with work. They stuck to our deadlines and requirements, never veering off track. Simply a fantastic service, I can't speak highly enough of them!

Fantastic work

We had them on site to provide a deep clean to the machines on our building site, after years of use without being cleaned. They did a fantastic job! It didn't take them long at all, and they managed to keep the cost of the clean low as we were on a tight budget.
