Applied Link BSPM (Building Services and Property Maintenance) was established in 2007 and is now part of Applied Group Ltd, it primarily concentrated in the industrial and commercial sectors delivering planned and reactive maintenance, specialising in refurbishments and fabric repairs.

Over the last two years we have been concentrating on the domestic market of property management and maintenance, working with both established home owner’s, letting agents and landlords.

rewiring to current 18th edition/ Part P

We also operate the Applied PMS programme, this is a Portfolio Management Service that offers residential rental properties a complete annual ‘optional’ service made up of one or all of the following;

Survey – Pre and post-occupation inventory and condition reporting

Fixed fee – Maintenance and callout programs

Compliance/H&S – Review, assessment, recommendation and implementation
