Unreliable, rude, don't use.

Booked someone to repair my oven, they arrived, diagnosed the problem but said parts needed to be ordered. I paid my £100+VAT call out charge and the man left saying they’d be in touch. 5 days later and I’ve now rung 4 times. The person on the other end of the phone has either been really rude or dithers around mumbling and says they’ll ring back- they don't. Now no one answers the phone. Do they just take your money and run? Is this a legitimate company? What is going on? I would recommend steering well clear of this company.

Parts takes 2-4 working days subject to availibility! Once the part arrived they contact you to reschedule the appointment. what is the job number or postcode so I check the status?!

Purchased a brand-new Miele washing machine from the Appliance Centre. it’s was promptly delivered and installed flawlessly, without any issues.everything was done with utmost efficiency.This came after a disappointing experience with another popular retailer who failed to properly install the machine.The team at the Appliance centre knew exactly what they were doing and carried out the installation with absolutely safety.Not to mention, the Appliance centre offered a savings of Over £150.Overall,It’s was an excellent experience.

Worst in the World

This company and sole director has no customer skill.
Ordered an oven and subsequently cancelled the order because of incorrect dimensions. The company agreed to cancel the order and refunds £463 paid against their invoice. In spite of many phone calls and emails, the company refuses to refund and answer phone calls.
Avoid, avoid at all cost. You have been warned.
