AVOID! Terrible experience, faulty item delivered a day prior to lockdown. No notice given to report faults within any set time. Item was unboxed, and fault reported immediately to Appliance City who have refused to accept the item back blaming COVID. Do not buy from this company if customer service is a key decision factor of your purchase.

Terrible company don't care about disabled customers

Do not use, ordered and paid for a Samsung fridge freezer 7 th June due to be delivered 13 th July, they phoned on the 12th July late morning to say there had been a mix up in the warehouse and they had given my order to someone else, they had no other fridge which dispense sparkling water,water,and ice in stock.
My only small fridge had broken down the day before so I had to go and buy i fridge, as they refused to give me a fridge until they could deliver my order, refused to compensate me for out of pocket expenses.
Only offered a full refund. I had to then order the fridge freezer else where, they so say found me a supplier but it was only a water fridge.
I need the specific fridge as I have a reverse shoulder replacement and a dislocated elbow on one arm and my ther elbow is being replaced soon.
