We contacted Appliance Care Plus on a Sunday afternoon not expecting a response until the Monday, however we received an email back within an hour or so. A call out was arranged for the next morning to come and fix our washing machine. They arrived on time, were friendly and got straight to it. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they explained what the issue was so we understood the problem. We were very happy with the work done and would happily use Appliance Care Plus again if we have any other appliances in need of repair.

Great service! Responded promptly to email on Friday (and said he wouldn't fix if it wasn't cost effective on a 15 year old machine!), came Monday and returned Tuesday with part, all done and fixed by 10am! Very reasonable price. Nice man, felt safe him fixing my mum's machine. Top class, would definitely use again. Thank you!

I have used Appliance Care plus for many years to repair my washing machine, tumble drier and most recently (today) my dishwasher. the service has always been prompt, reliable, effective and economical.

Great service and good value

Our 12 year old Electrolux oven needed a new fan element and Ray from Appliance Care Plus was able to come out within hours and fix it so it's just like new again. Excellent service and good price. Would highly recommend him!

Let down by a local cooker specialist, who said I needed a new oven, as the controls were dead! And would cost in excess of £200 and to fix it, and would supply new oven for about £500.
He then charged me £65 for the call out.
My neighbour told me to call Ray as he has previously repaired their appliance for the past 25 years and would get an honest diagnosis. He came out the next day, removed the cooker, found that the thermal cut out had blown, he replaced it and it is now as good as new. And only cost £67 not £200 I was told.
It’s nice to see honest trademan out there I would definitely recommend him.
