Mr Kishan Soburrun - Solicitor
Kishan is one of the Founding Partners of Appleman Legal. In 2013 & 2015, Kishan was nominated as a Rising Star in the Mental Health & Mental Capacity category by Super Lawyers Magazine published by Thompson Reuters in 2015. Kishan deals in Immigration and Mental Health Law matters.
Mr Pramod Sanatun - Solicitor
Pramod is a Solicitor, Director and heads the Mental Capacity/Court of Protection department at our Head Office in London. He is a Founding Partner of Appleman Legal. He specialises in a range of public law and civil liberties areas, including Mental Capacity, Court of Protection work, Mental Health Law and Employment Law. He is a Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme member.

Idnan is a Director and Head of the Family and Childcare department. Before joining Appleman Legal, he was appointed as a Director of a Legal 500 Firm in 2015 where he led a team of Family Lawyers. Idnan is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Panel and the law Society Children’s Panel. He has particular expertise in Financial matters following divorce and Child Abduction matters.
Ms Shazia Ali - Solicitor
Shazia is a Solicitor specialising in civil liberties, namely in Mental Health and Mental Capacity Law and representing clients at First Tier Tribunals and hospital manager hearings. She provides legal advice and representation to patients detained under the Mental Health Act and those subject to Community Treatment Orders. Shazia is a Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme member.
Ms Rishika Mair - Trainee Solicitor
Rishika is a Trainee Solicitor at Appleman Legal, she joined Appleman Legal after completing her Legal Practice course in 2017. She is currently undertaking her first seat in the Mental Health department and is working towards her membership for the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme.
Mr Bhoopendrasing Bhogun - Paralegal

Bhoopen is a Paralegal in the mental health department. Before joining Appleman Legal, he worked as a Health Care Assistant for South Essex Partnership Trust thus obtaining practical experiencing of the Mental Health Care System in the NHS. Bhoopen is currently in the process of completing his Mental Health Accreditation.
Ms Emma Savarymoothoo - Paralegal

Emma is an experienced Paralegal in the Mental Health Department. she has a particular interest in dealing with restricted client’s within medium and high secure units. She has assisted and advised client’s detained in low secure, medium secure and high secure units.
Mr Neermal Soburrun - Paralegal
Neermal is an experienced paralegal in the Wills and Administration of estate, Mental Health Law and Mauritian Civil Law department. He has been assisting lead counsels in cases before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council from Mauritius and regularly assists UK clients to pursue legal actions in Mauritius. He has assisted and advised clients on Administration of estate.
