Rude nasty staff

Wooooow the security guard and staff in the express bar are beyond rude. How does the security say “what do you want” instead of like a normal person ask how he can help. The staff then pounced on me like animals demanding I wear a mask despite me advising I’m exempt, and tried to make me wear a dirty shield which looked covid ridden. Bare in mind all I went to do was pick up an item paid for online. Unfriendly, unhelpful rude staff horrendous experience.

I had worst experience with Apple Stratford City team. They are very rude the staff and the manager. I have been to replace battery and once they replaced, my front cam wasn't working and when I asked they were very rude and they gave me two options like either live with the problem or pay for it so that they can repair. They don't really care and accept that they haven't provided enough information or the damage they made. They said that "display might break during the repair" if its broken I will have to pay for it (125£) which I have accepted and taken the risk. But display was proper after repair and the front camera was broken and they didnt inform me that it was broken and simply handed over the phone. When I checked and went to ask them, they say front camera is part of display and customer should be aware of that and team is not responsible to explain that. That's the worst part from them. Much disappointed with apple service.

Customer service and care very bad

Apple , what pile of s***t . I went today with my Magic Mouse 2 that I have as a gift ( went broken in less then 6 months) . Person who got it for me didn’t had the receipt but he offered to show the card payment . They said that they can’t find it. For A such a big company with a serial number not to be able to trace your customers is bad . Shame that I can’t give you half of star . It’s embarrassing. I have 8 Apple devices on my family but I will try to give up on them because of this . I feel let down by them . Never again . Never Apple . Never Stratford Apple . Customer service 0, experience 0 , waiting time -10.

Rude Staff

Today I can’t believe me and my 6 year old son just got ask to get off the chairs! The rude staff member today said “chairs are reserved for buying customers!” I only decided to sit down after waiting over an hour for my eldest son to finish their learning program! I got off thinking maybe there's some elderly person that needs a seat, but the worst thing was, he put the chairs across the table to the right where there was already empty chairs that no one was sitting on?? The staff on the learning program were lovely, but i'm guessing by that rude staff member's attitude, it must be commission base because he was desperate. After spending over 1k on the Iphone X and coming twice to the store to find out they're out of Iphone X screen covers and with this kind of customer service, it's probably a wake up call to move to Samsung.
